Maine Preventative Maintenance (MPM) is located at 85 High Street in Oakland, ME. MPM was founded in 2020 and provides quality services to the public. MPM is owned and operated by Kevin A. Purnell and Michael Levenseller. Mr. Purnell has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC and Plumbing trade.  In addition to his experience, Mr. Levenseller brings over 30 years of experience from the fuel, gas and customer service industry. MPM was formed as a sister company to Granite Corporation, founded in 2002, in order to provide the best possible service for clients. MPM specializes in: design build, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, gas, and renovations for your home or business.
